It has four subsidiaries: Quanzhou Zhongbao Shoe Materials Co., Ltd., Vietnam Dongbao Shoe Materials Co., Ltd., Dongguan Jinbao Shoe Materials Co., Ltd., and Quanzhou Dongsheng Zhibao Import and Export Co., Ltd.
